Images in this collection are of domesticated and wild animals, and of birds in captive and Natural situations. Some of the wild mustangs were photographed in the Pryor Mountains at the Big Horn Recreation Area straddling the Wyoming/Montana border west of the Big Horn River. Other mustangs and horses are on ranches in the Laramie Wyoming area.

The raptors have been injured and are unable to survive in the environment. They live at the Rocky Mountain Raptor Project (RMRP) in Fort Collins Colorado where they are part of RMRP's educational programs. For more info on RMRP, please see RMRP"s web site.
